It looks like Thala fans will have to wait more to know the cast and crew of the untitled Ajith – Gautham Menon project. Last night, Arvind Swami denied playing villain in Thala 55 brushing aside the news as baseless rumors. “A lot of nonsense being written, I am not playing the villain in any movie, so unless I put it up on twitter, don’t believe these rumors.”, the actor posted on his official Twitter account.

So, there ends the speculation. But, how many of you would like to see Arvind Swami confront Thala? We really do. Now, the news on Arun Vijay being part of the film also looks dubious. We have to wait for an official word from Arun Vijay on the same note. The only way to put an end to these casting calculations is to release an official statement on the film.
