Arun Matheswaran to direct Dhanush in the Ilaiyaraaja biopic?

According to the latest reports in the industry, Captain Miller director Arun Matheswaran is all set to direct Dhanush in the biopic of Ilaiyaraaja, which is to be produced by Conneckt Media. Initially, Karthik Subbaraj was in talks to work on the project but now, it looks like Dhanush has shown interest in Arun doing the film.

The makers are now initiating talks with Arun to see whether he will fit into the scheme of things in the film. The project is all set to kick off by the end of the year once Dhanush gets done with his work for the current films that he is doing.
