ARR’s Thirakkatha Kattukulle goes Hollywood

Few weeks ago, Rahman took everyone by surprise by revealing that one of his songs sung by Unnikrishnan and KS Chitra from the 1990s will feature in the end credits of the Hollywood film Million Dollar Arm for which he is composing the music. He then posted, “Have been busy finishing the soundtrack album of Million Dollar Arm. It features collaborations with Iggy, Kendrick Lamar (in the movie only), KT Tunstall , Sukhwinder Singh, Raghav Mathur… And a surprise Tamil song from my 90s collection, during the end credits, featuring K S Chithra and Unnikrishnan… And of course, lots of underscore..”

We already guessed the song earlier bringing the options down to Thenmerku Paruvakaatru from Karuthamma and Thirakkadha Kaattukkulla from En Swasa Kaatre. Now, it’s finalized. It’s going to be the classic Thirakkadha Kaattukkulla from En Swasa Kaatre. A treat awaits Rahmaniacs!
