Aranmanai is Hansika’s toughest project
Hansika Motwani, who plays a pivotal in Sundar C’s Aranmanai says it’s her toughest project ever. Touted as a horror-comedy, the film also has Raai Lakshmi, Andrea, Santhanam and Sundar C in important roles. “I’m a very happy-go-lucky person and never take my characters home. I don’t do homework, and like being spontaneous on set. But this story and character hit me too hard. It took me a day or two to get out of it. My mother, who saw me perform, cried on the set.”
The film’s teaser was released two days back and it drew an unexpected flak from netizen for its tacky visual effects and botched up editing. Later, Khushbu had to clarify that the teaser was unveiled without Sundar C’s approval and that it was not the final cut. The makers are working on the teaser and it will be released soon, she added.
