AR Murugadoss and Mani Ratnam express interest to make biopic on Lyca Subaskaran

At a recent event held to honour Lyca Group Chairman and Founder Allirajah Subaskaran, filmmakers AR Murugadoss and Mani Ratnam expressed their interest to make a biopic about how Subaskaran built a huge empire in the United Kingdom.

“It was inspiring to listen to the story of Subaskaran Allirajah. I don’t want to reveal any specific detail now, but I would love to make a biopic on his life,” said Mani Ratnam who helmed Lyca’s Chekka Chivantha Vaanam.

AR Murugadoss said he would like to make a sequel to the one which Mani Ratnam is willing to direct.
