Ajith suggested Narain Karthikeyan for 10 Enradhukulla

We reported yesterday here that Formula one racer Narain Karthikeyan has joined Vikram – Samantha’s 10 Enradhukulla directed by Vijay Milton. It’s now been revealed by Vijay Milton that it was only Ajith who suggested Narain’s name. The team wants to shoot a high-octane racing scene and needed expert advice. “Our stuntman Lee Whittaker called up Ajith and asked for his advice. He gave Narain’s number and asked us to refer his name since he’s a good friend of Ajith. Then, we spoke with Narain and he came on board immediately,” says Vijay.

Narain Karthikeyan is part of discussions now for the film’s Coimbatore schedule which kickstarts in two days. 10 Enradhukulla has Vikram and Samantha in lead roles. It is slated for release in January 2015.
