50 days of shoot remaining for Mani Ratnam’s Ponniyin Selvan

Ace filmmaker Mani Ratnam’s Ponniyin Selvan is one of the top-ranked biggies in the industry right now, and the director still has more than 50 days of shoot pending before he completes the film. However, the coronavirus pandemic has delayed the plans of the filmmaker, who is waiting for the current wave to subside as the shoot involves a lot of outdoor portions.

Jayam Ravi, Karthi and Chiyaan Vikram play the male leads in this big-budget mythological drama which has music by AR Rahman. The film is co-produced by Mani Ratnam along with Madras Talkies.
