Vijay Sethupathi and Gautham Karthik join hands

Vijay Sethupathi and Gautham Karthik have joined hands for a film, to be directed by debutant Arumugakumar, an erstwhile associate of director Balaji Tharaneetharan who made heads turn with his rib-tickling debut in Naduvula Konjam Pakkatha Kaanom. 

Gautham Karthik plays the role of a college student and Vijay Sethupathi will be seen essaying the role of Yaman, a tribal chief in a forest. He will sport a new makeover for the project, which will go on floors soon. The team is in the process of finalizing the female lead and other supporting actors.
