Director Vijay Chander says Sketch will be a stylish film set in the backdrop of North Chennai. “The film will evoke a new feeling for North Chennai, whose people are usually portrayed as poverty-stricken illiterates in a lot of movies. Sketch will portray the other side of North Chennai, which brims with educated citizens, doctors, and lawyers,” says Vijay Chander.
The team has shot for 30 days so far during the first schedule. The second leg of shooting will also happen in Chennai soon. Tamannah Bhatia plays the lead heroine in the movie, which has music composed by SS Thaman.
