Rajinikanth reaches New Delhi for 2.0 shooting

Rajinikanth reached New Delhi yesterday evening to resume shooting for 2.0, which is progressing briskly for the past few days in the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium. The confrontation scenes between Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar will be shot in this schedule, which will last for three more weeks.

Post completion of Delhi leg of shooting, the makers are planning to head to Morocco for the next schedule which is expected to kick-start in May. Directed by Shankar, 2.0 is billed as India’s most expensive film and is bankrolled by Lyca Productions. It’s also the first Indian film to be shot entirely in 3D.
