Krishna signed to play second lead in Dhanush’s Maari 2
Actor Krishna has been signed to play the second lead role in Dhanush’s Maari 2, to be directed by Balaji Mohan.

The makers had earlier announced the lead heroine of the film as Sai Pallavi of Premam fame, who is currently awaiting the release of director Vijay’s Karu which marks her debut in Tamil.
To be shot as a genuine bi-lingual, Maari 2 has Malayalam actor Tovino Thomas as the villain. Now, the million dollar question is regarding the music composer of the film, which is produced by Dhanush’s home banner Wunderbar Films. Anirudh Ravichander’s excellent album and background score for Maari still remains as one of his best works.
