“I have written Kabali based on my reading experiences,” says Ranjith

Ranjith has rubbished rumors that Kabali is a remake film. “I have written the script based on my own reading experiences and creativity. The reports about Rajini sir attending our workshop were also false. Our workshops are scheduled to happen only in the forthcoming days,” says Ranjith.

“You are the creator of the film. You have full freedom to choose your cast and crew as per the story,” Ranjith quoted Rajinikanth in a Tamil daily. The photoshoot for the film is expected to happen from tomorrow in Chennai. Radhika Apte is expected to arrive this week.
