Andrea joins Simbu – Nayanthara’s Idhu Namma Aalu

Simbu – Nayanthara’s Idhu Namma Aalu is on the brink of completion with the final schedule going on in full swing. The teaser for the film is expected to be unveiled later this week. The team was on the lookout for a second heroine to cast opposite Simbu in the flashback sequence. Earlier, it was rumored that Taapsee will be play this role. Now, reliable sources in the film’s unit say Andrea Jeremiah has been roped in to play Simbu’s love-interest in the flashback part.

Andrea and Simbu earlier acted together in VTV Ganesh’s Inga Enna Solluthu. Though the film bombed at the box-office, Andrea’s chemistry with Simbu looked interesting on screen and Pandiraj wanted her for the role. With this final schedule, the team will complete all the talkie portions of the film.
