Raghava Lawrence has kick-start the first schedule of Shivalinga in Bengaluru today. The first leg of shooting is likely to last for 25 days before the team takes a brief break and resumes work in the second week of September.
The movie is an official remake of Kannada film Shivalinga and ace director P. Vasu who helmed the original is wielding the megaphone for Tamil version too. Bankrolled by Trident Arts, it stars Ritika Singh as female lead and P. Vasu’s son Sakthi in a pivotal role. SS Thaman composes music for the project.
“Hi friends and fans, I will be shooting for my next film Shiva Linga from tomorrow in Bangalore so I need all your blessing.. Since I won’t be able to see my children for 25 days I spent a good evening with them at Marina beach with molaga bhajji yesterday,” posted Lawrence on his Facebook page.
