Yuvan wants to rope in Dhanush for Ilayaraja biopic

Yuvan Shankar Raja has revealed that his first choice for his father Isaignani Ilayaraja’s biopic would be none other than Dhanush. Yuvan and Dhanush have been long-standing collaborators since the Thulluvadho Ilamai days.

In fact, Yuvan thanked Dhanush for offering him Maari 2 at a time when his career was not in good shape. Rowdy Baby shattered records worldwide and Maari 2 marked as a solid comeback for Yuvan Shankar Raja in the music scene.

Yuvan also disclosed that he would be wielding the megaphone for the biopic if it materializes. It would be titled, Raja – The Journey, said Yuvan.
