Yaanai to take over Vikram’s date at the box office?

With Kamal Haasan taking time to recover from COVID and get back into the action, the planned schedules for Vikram aren’t going as the team thought they would. As a result, the makers feel that Vikram will not be making it to theatres on April 1st 2022, the date that they had initially targeted.

And now, it looks like Arun Vijay’s Yaanai which was initially set for a theatrical release in February is moving itself to the April 1st date, which makes it the first film of the summer set to hit the big screens. Let’s wait and see if this becomes official.
