At the press meet of Eli, Vadivelu took on some interesting questions and gave a sharp riposte to each and every question with his innate sense of humor. When someone asked if Eli will compete with Puli in terms of box-office collections, Vadivelu was at his best in his reply.
“This question is to really get me in trouble, right? Why on earth would you think of a question like this? Someone is making Puli. Someone else is making Singham. I’m making Eli. Tomorrow, I might make “Karappaan Poochi”. Who knows?,” said Vadivelu.
Vadivelu also promised that if he gets good characters, he will start acting in other hero films soon. His upcoming film Eli is likely to hit screens on May 29th.
