Mohanlal’s latest release in Drishyam 2 is a fantastic success for Amazon Prime, with the film getting huge loads of praise all round. The film is now about to be remade in Telugu with Venkatesh reprising the same role, and Meena doing her part. But talks are already on about the Tamil version, which should star Kamal Haasan according to common thoughts.
The makers of Drishyam 2 are indeed eager to remake the film in Tamil as well, but they have to wait and see whether Kamal will give his nod to the film, now that he has two projects in hand and a political career ahead of him.
