Ever since the elusive release date announcements of Vikram – Shankar’s I and Ajith – Gautham Menon’s Yennai Arindhaal were unveiled, the industry has been playing guessing games. While both films announced that they are set for Pongal 2015, the exact dates are open to speculation. While it is believed that Yennai Arindhaal will hit screens on January 8th because of producer AM Ratnam’s staunch belief in Sai Baba and the subsequent Thursday sentiment, our reliable sources reveal that Aascar Ravichandran, the producer of I, is planning to release the film on January 14th.
