When the Hindi remake of Maanagaram was first announced, people thought that Vijay Sethupathi would be essaying the role played by Sundeep Kishen in the original. However, the makers have now put out the word that Vijay Sethupathi is interestingly playing the role essayed by Muneeskanth in the original.
The shoot for the film is almost complete, and the makers are planning to release the film in June or July. Vikrant Massey plays Sree’s role in the film directed by Santhosh Sivan and produced by Shibu Thameens.
