Vijay gets a majestic look for Vijay 58

As the shooting for Vijay – Chimbudevan’s next is underway, the team is now shooting a song featuring 300 dancers from Mumbai and Bangalore. For this song, Vijay sports a majestic gladiator-like look though he will be seen in a different makeover in the film. Sources say the castle set where the shooting is currently taking place plays an important backdrop in the film. Nearly 40% of the shooting will be done here. The song is likely to feature Vijay, Hansika and Sridevi Boney Kapoor. Hansika plays princess and Sridevi, who plays her mother, is reportedly the queen of the kingdom. Sridevi is expected to join the team soon.

The film also Shruti Haasan as one of the female leads. Art director Muthuraj is working round the clock to better the castle set, we hear. Vijay 58 has music by Devi Sri Prasad. Produced by Shibu Thameens and PT Selva Kumar, the film is said to be produced at a lavish budget of 80 – 90 crores.
