Harish Kalyan is set to make a big splash this festive season with his first-ever Diwali release, Diesel, hitting screens worldwide on October 17th. In a major boost for the film, acclaimed director Vetrimaaran has lent his voice for the opening narration, instantly amplifying the film’s anticipation and star power.
Directed by Shanmugam Muthusamy, Diesel promises an action-packed ride, as showcased in the teaser which highlights fiery action sequences, slick visuals, and Harish in a rugged new avatar. The teaser also hints at a gripping cat-and-mouse game involving fuel smuggling, intense chases, and emotionally charged confrontations.
Athulya Ravi stars opposite Harish as his romantic lead, while the film boasts a strong ensemble cast including Sai Kumar, Ananya, Karunaas, Ramesh Thilak, Kaali Venkat, and Vivek Prasanna. The film is backed by Third Eye Entertainment and SP Cinemas, with music composed by Dhibu Ninan Thomas.
