Very happy that Kaithi became successful: Dhanush
Speaking at the success meet of Asuran, Dhanush said, “I was very happy that Kaithi became so successful. It had no songs and was experimental like our Asuran. Times are changing, and content-oriented films are doing well now.”
Dhanush also revealed that Pariyerum Perumal filmmaker Mari Selvaraj helped him during the dubbing for Asuran with the Tirunelveli slang for his role as Sivasaamy in the movie. Mari Selvaraj apparently flew down to London and sat with Dhanush for two days to complete the dubbing for Asuran.
