Venkat Prabhu reveals his next project
Speculations are rife for the past few days that Venkat Prabhu is in talks to wield the megaphone for Mankatha Hindi remake. Studio Green acquired the Hindi remake rights for the film long time back and the project is yet to kick off. Gnanavel Raja says nothing has been confirmed yet on the cast and crew of the project.
Meanwhile, Venkat Prabhu, who is busy with his supernatural thriller Masss with Suriya, says he won’t be able to take up Hindi remake of Mankatha since he has already to his next project. “I know for sure that Mankatha will be remade in Hindi as the story has a universal appeal. As of now, Suriya’s Masss is in final leg with few songs to be shot and CG happening in three big studios. I have already committed to Escape Artists motion banner for directing their next project,” says Venkat.
