Velai Illa Pattathari to release in June?

Velaiyilla Pattathari marks Dhanush’s 25th film in Tamil cinema and there are more reasons to celebrate the same. The music by Anirudh is already topping the charts. Amma Amma sung by S. Janaki and Dhanush also marked the comeback of veteran singer Janaki. And, the online world is quite engrossed with the other songs in the sensational album. The latest news is that the post-production is inching towards completion.

The film is likely to release during the last week of June, say sources. Directed by cinematographer turned director Velraj, VIP is produced by Dhanush for his home banner Wunderbar Films and features Amala Paul opposite Dhanush. The film also has Samuthirakani and Saranya Ponvannan in pivotal roles.
