Unni Mukundan to portray Narendra Modi in pan-india biopic Maa Vande

On the occasion of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 75th birthday, a new biopic titled Maa Vande was officially announced by Silver Cast Creations. The film will chronicle the inspiring journey of Narendra Modi, from his humble beginnings to becoming the leader of the world’s largest democracy.

Malayalam actor Unni Mukundan, fresh off the success of his action-packed role in Marco, has been roped in to play the iconic role of Modi. The casting has generated significant buzz, with many fans and critics eager to see how the actor interprets such a complex and influential figure.

Directed by Kranthi Kumar CH, the film aims to be more than just a political biography. At its emotional core, Maa Vande will explore the powerful bond between Modi and his late mother, Heeraben Modi, shedding light on the values and early influences that shaped his leadership.

The project boasts a stellar technical team. KK Senthil Kumar, known for his breathtaking visuals in epics like Baahubali, will handle cinematography. Editing duties will be managed by National Award winner Sreekar Prasad, while art direction is entrusted to renowned production designer Sabu Cyril. The soundtrack will be composed by Ravi Basrur, known for his high-energy, impactful scores through KGF franchises.

Designed as a Pan-India release, Maa Vande will be released in multiple Indian languages as well as English. Though an official release date is yet to be announced, production is expected to begin soon, with makers promising a grand cinematic experience that celebrates both the personal and political legacy of Narendra Modi.
