Thalapathy Vijay’s Varisu to take on Ajith’s Thunivu on January 11th 

It is indeed time for the clash of the titans in Kollywood, as the makers of both Thunivu and Varisu have now confirmed that both the films will release on the 11th of January. It is a big surprise now for distributors and theatre owners especially, as they had ideas in mind that both the films would be releasing only on the 12th.

Varisu and Thunivu will now get a head-start over the Telugu films in Waltair Veerayya and Veera Simha Reddy, which are releasing on January 13th and 12th respectively. The clash is largely awaited by Tamil cinema fans who are looking forward to see who will ultimately be the winner at the box office.
