Thalapathy 64 goes on floors today; Malavika Mohanan, Shanthnu on board
The highly anticipated upcoming film of Vijay, fondly called by fans as Thalapathy 64, goes on floors today with a pooja ceremony in Chennai. The latest additions to the already promising cast are the recent online sensation Malavika Mohanan and actor Shanthnu, who is a self-confessed ardent fan of Vijay.
Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj of Kaithi and Maanagaram fame, Thalapathy 64 also features Vijay Sethupathi in the role of a villain. Antony Varghese of Angamaly Diaries fame is also playing an essential role in the movie, which will have music composed by Anirudh Ravichander.
