Thala Ajith’s Valimai is likely to hit screens on November 12th for the Diwali weekend.

The makers of the film are likely to head to Switzerland next for a further schedule. The team has wrapped up two schedules and will head to Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad for the next leg of shoot.

Directed by Vinoth who rose to fame through Karthi’s Theeran Adhigaaram Ondru, Valimai marks his second consecutive collaboration with Ajith after the super-hit Nerkonda Paarvai. The film is bankrolled by Boney Kapoor, who also produced Nerkonda Paarvai. Yami Gautam is said to be in final talks to play the lead heroine role in the movie.
