Suriya unleashes “God Mode” in Karuppu’s electrifying first single

Blending fiery rhythm with striking visuals, 'God Mode' showcases Suriya as an unstoppable force - a lawyer with swagger, purpose, and a near mythic presence.

Suriya’s upcoming film Karuppu, directed by RJ Balaji, has officially kicked off its promotional run with a high-impact first single, “God Mode.” The track, composed and sung by Sai Abhyankar alongside Gana Muthu, with lyrics by Vishnu Edavan, blends pulsating energy with local flavor to introduce Suriya’s character, Saravanan – a formidable criminal lawyer.

In the lyrical video, Suriya commands attention with striking visuals, sharp choreography, and an intense screen presence. Dressed in his black lawyer’s robe, he doesn’t just walk, he makes a statement. The song positions him almost mythically, suggesting that Karuppu isn’t just a legal drama, but a stylized character study with grand undertones.

While the title “God Mode” borrows from gaming lingo, here it amplifies the aura of a man who seems destined to challenge more than just legal norms. It’s theatrical, confident, and clearly designed to set the tone for a larger narrative. With Trisha Krishnan also on board and the film gaining momentum after a quiet development phase, Karuppu now feels ready to roar. If this first single is any indicator, Suriya’s next outing could blend substance with swagger and leave a lasting impact.
