Suriya donates Rs 10 lakhs to Directors Union for Diwali

Suriya has donated a cheque of Rs 10 lakhs to Tamil Nadu Directors Union for the Diwali festival. He presented the cheque to director RV Udayakumar from the union recently.

Suriya is currently waiting for the release of Soorarai Potru directed by Sudha Kongara of Irudhi Suttru fame. His last film Kaappaan did good at the box-office. Meanwhile, his next project with director Siva has been postponed since the latter will first work with Rajinikanth and Sun Pictures.
