According to sources, Sun Pictures will be bankrolling the Suriya – Pandiraj film which has been making the rounds now. The film is likely to take off next year, with the cast and crew to be finalized in due time.

Suriya has a big lineup which also includes Vetrimaaran’s film Vaadi Vaasal, which is set to take off next year as well. We have to wait and see which film the actor will choose to do first. Currently, Soorarai Pottru is set to release right after the restrictions are taken off, and things return to normal.
