Silambarasan TR was initially set to collaborate with Parking director Ramkumar for his next film, tentatively titled #STR49. However, due to delays in the script development for that project, STR has now shifted focus to his long-awaited film with director Vetrimaaran.
During a special premiere of his upcoming production Bad Girl at Kamala Cinemas, Vetrimaaran confirmed that his movie with Silambarasan is officially happening. He informed the audience that the project is on track and a formal announcement will be made within the next 10 to 15 days.
This update has reignited excitement among fans, who have been eagerly waiting for a collaboration between the acclaimed filmmaker and the star actor. Vetrimaaran also shared that once this film with STR is completed, he will begin work on the much-anticipated Vada Chennai 2, the sequel to his critically acclaimed gangster drama Vada Chennai.
With STR teaming up with Vetrimaaran and Vada Chennai 2 on the horizon, audiences have plenty to look forward to in the coming months.
