Sivakarthikeyan’s Seyon moves ahead with second schedule wrap

Sivakarthikeyan’s upcoming film Seyon, produced by Kamal Haasan’s Raaj Kamal Films International, has completed its second schedule of production. The makers announced the update on Friday through their official channels, along with a behind-the-scenes video offering glimpses of the film’s characters.

The production house described the completion as the second stage of the film’s journey, adding to the anticipation surrounding the project. While the makers are yet to reveal the complete storyline, an earlier glimpse has already created curiosity around Sivakarthikeyan’s character. The video showed villagers treating his character as a God, hinting at an intriguing premise.

Seyon is directed by Sivakumar Murugesan, who made his directorial debut with Thaai Kizhavi earlier this year. The project marks his second collaboration with Sivakarthikeyan, who produced Thaai Kizhavi, while it also brings Sivakarthikeyan back together with Kamal Haasan following their successful collaboration on Amaran.

The film features Bhagyashri Borse, Raj B Shetty and Seeman in important roles. Bala Saravanan, Singampuli and Aruldoss are also part of the supporting cast. The technical team includes composer Santhosh Narayanan, cinematographer Vidhu Ayyanna, editor San Lokesh, production designer Arun Venjaramoodu and action choreographers Anbariv.

With the second schedule now complete, more details about Seyon, including its full plot and other production updates, are expected to be revealed in the coming months. The project continues to remain one of the highly anticipated films in Sivakarthikeyan’s upcoming lineup.
