Sivakarthikeyan’s next project is reportedly gaining momentum, with industry buzz suggesting that the actor is set to collaborate with Parking director Ramkumar Balakrishnan.
According to reports, the film’s (SK27) pooja ceremony was held on Vinayagar Chathurthi. The event has further fuelled speculation about the project, which is expected to mark an interesting collaboration between Sivakarthikeyan and Ramkumar Balakrishnan.
The director previously made his debut with Parking, which received attention for its tightly written conflict and engaging narration. His next project with Sivakarthikeyan is said to take a more commercial route while retaining a strong emotional core.
Music for the film is reportedly composed by Sai Abhyankkar. The project is said to be an out-and-out commercial entertainer that will combine action, emotions and elements aimed at a wide family audience.
Sivakarthikeyan is also simultaneously working on Seyon, which is directed by Sivakumar Murugesan and produced by Raaj Kamal Films International. The actor is expected to complete two schedules for SK27 before moving on to the next schedule of Seyon.
