Sivakarthikeyan recently interacted with his fan club administrators at a gathering in Porur, Chennai, where he spoke about his journey, the role of his supporters in his success and the importance of staying focused on meaningful goals. The actor described himself as a “people-made star”, emphasizing that his stardom would not have been possible without the support of the public.
Addressing the gathering, Sivakarthikeyan acknowledged the contribution of his fans to his career and urged them not to get distracted by criticism. He stressed that the purpose of the meeting was rooted in mutual affection and asked his supporters to remain clear about their objectives instead of being influenced by negativity.
The actor also used the occasion to share a few personal messages with his fans. He encouraged them to give importance to education, work towards financial independence and ensure that family remains a priority. He also urged his supporters to develop the habit of reading books regularly, suggesting that spending time with books could be a meaningful alternative to excessive social media usage.
The fan gathering also brought an update on Sivakarthikeyan’s upcoming film Seyon. The actor revealed that around 60 per cent of the film has been completed and described it as a combination of action and entertainment. He further indicated that the film is being shaped to meet the expectations of his fans.
Directed by Sivakumar Murugesan, Seyon features Raj B Shetty, Bhagyashri Borse, Seeman, Bala Saravanan, Arul Doss and Singampuli alongside Sivakarthikeyan. The film, which was previously expected to arrive in October 2026, is now expected to target a Pongal 2027 release.
Meanwhile, Sivakarthikeyan also has SK27 in his upcoming line-up. The film is directed by Ramkumar Balakrishnan, who made his directorial debut with Parking, and is backed by Sathya Jyothi Films. The actor is currently handling the shoots of both Seyyon and SK27.
