Simbu’s AAA to be a festival release?

The next schedule of the Simbu – Shriya Saran starrer AAA, directed by Adhik, would start in Chennai in 15 days‘ time with a song shoot featuring the aforementioned pair. Sets are being erected now, for the same. This Chennai schedule would go on for 25 days, with scenes being shot following this song.

During the first schedule in Dindigul, about 25% of the film was completed. The team actually completed the schedule ahead of plan, due to Simbu’s speed and commitment.

Meanwhile, the 2nd heroine has been locked and the team would be announcing it soon. She will also be joining the shoots during the Chennai schedule. Post this Chennai schedule, Simbu would be losing weight and shedding his thick beard to get into his second look, which would be an unseen one.

By November, director Adhik expects the complete shoots of AAA to be wrapped. The tentative release plan is for Pongal 2017 or soon after.
