Shruti Haasan in talks for Sivakarthikeyan’s next

After a bevy of actresses, now Shruti Haasan has been reportedly approached to play the female lead in Sivakarthikeyan’s next untitled project with director Bakkiyaraj Kannan, a former assistant of Atlee. Shruti Haasan is at the peak of her career right now after completing back to back projects with Vijay (Puli) and Ajith (Thala 56).

Shruti has also signed Suriya’s Singham 3 where she is said to be playing a pivotal role. It has to be seen whether she has dates to accommodate Siva’s project, which is being planned on a grand scale with experience technical finesse including PC Sreeram, Resul Pokkutty and make-up artist Sean Foot of Weta Studios. The film is being produced by his manager RD Raja and will have music by Anirudh.
