Shriya Saran dazzles in “Kanaga” from Metro Shirish’s Non Violence

Shriya Saran steals the spotlight in the vibrant “Kanaga” song from Non Violence, adding sparkle and energy to the intense 90s-set Madurai prison drama.

The makers of Non Violence have unveiled a visually captivating song titled “Kanaga”, featuring the ever-graceful Shriya Saran in a dazzling special appearance. Set in the rustic backdrop of Madurai during the 1990s, the film features Metro Shirish and Bobby Simha in lead roles, with the song bringing a refreshing burst of colour and rhythm to its gritty storyline.

Composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja, “Kanaga” is sung by Rakshita Suresh with energetic rap portions by Vozhi, and lyrics written by Super Subu. The track stands out for its infectious beats, lively choreography, and Shriya’s magnetic screen presence. Her stylish portrayal and expressive moves make “Kanaga” one of the most talked-about highlights from the film’s musical album.

Directed by Ananda Krishnan, known for Metro and Kodiyil Oruvan, Non Violence is backed by AK Pictures. The film also stars Yogi Babu, Aditi Balan, Adithya Kathir, and Garuda Ram in pivotal roles. The technical crew includes cinematographer NS Uthayakumar and editor Srikanth NB, ensuring a raw and engaging cinematic experience.

Though the release date is yet to be officially announced, Non Violence is confirmed for a multi-lingual release in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada.
