A fresh rural rom-com featuring Bhaarath and Saanve Megghana marks Shanthi Talkies’ next big venture under debutant director Hariharasuthan.
Shanthi Talkies, the production house behind notable films such as Maaveeran, 3BHK, and the upcoming Chiyaan 63, has officially announced its fourth venture. The project will feature popular YouTuber Bhaarath in the lead, alongside Saanve Megghana, who was lastly seen in Kudumbasthan.
Interestingly, this announcement comes at a time when Bhaarath is already gearing up for the release of his debut film Mr. Bhaarath, produced by Lokesh Kanagaraj. With his second feature now confirmed, the young talent looks set for an eventful year on the big screen.
The new film from Shanthi Talkies is described as a refreshing rural rom-com, aiming to blend heartfelt emotions, light-hearted humour, and the earthy charm of the countryside. The project marks the directorial debut of Hariharasuthan Azhagiri, who is expected to bring a fresh narrative voice to the genre. Actor Bala Saravanan has also been roped in to play a significant role, adding to the film’s comedic appeal.
