Sai Pallavi signs Dhanush – Balaji Mohan’s Maari 2

The makers of Maari 2 announced the lead heroine of the film as Sai Pallavi of Premam fame, who is currently awaiting the release of director Vijay’s Karu which marks her debut in Tamil.

Balaji Mohan said Maari 2 will be shot as a genuine bi-lingual, with scenes for both Tamil and Telugu to be filmed separately by the team. Now, the million dollar question is regarding the music composer of the film, which is produced by Dhanush’s home banner Wunderbar Films. Anirudh Ravichander’s excellent album and background score for Maari still remains as one of his best works.
