Rajinikanth pays emotional tribute to K Balachander

Rajinikanth paid an emotional tribute to his mentor K Balachander after his demise. He was one of the firsts to arrive at his house after hearing the tragic news. Speaking to the media, Rajinikanth said, “KB sir was not just my mentor. He was my father figure as well. He never saw me as an actor and always treated me like his own son. For me, he was like a god in human form. I feel like I have lost myself in his absence.”

It was K Balachander who launched Rajinikanth in 1975 in Apoorva Raagangal. KB has directed Rajinikanth in over ten films with Thillu Mullu being the most remarkable filmIn fact, Rajinikanth arrived to KB’s house today early morning again but was flocked by his fans and advised by the security personnel to go back to his home.
