Rajesh opens up about VSOP (Vaasuvum Saravananum Onna Padichavanga)

When director Rajesh released the teaser of All In All Azhaguraja, it stirred a controversy for Santhanam’s senseless imitation of anti-smoking campaing. The scene was later edited from the film and Rajesh vowed that he wouldn’t let his heroes smoke in his upcoming films. Now, he confirms that Arya’s character in Vaasuvum Saravananum Onna Padichavanga doesn’t smoke. “Yes, Arya won’t smoke in this film. I have consciously written his character keeping my statement in mind,” says Rajesh.

“It is about the friendship between Arya, who plays Vasu, and Santhanam, who essays his friend Saravanan. As per the story, Vasu and Saravanan are friends since childhood and hence, I chose this title,” adds Rajesh. The team is planning to finish the film as a quickie. Arya is paired with Tamannah and Santhanam is paired with Vidyu Raman in the film.
