Ponniyin Selvan is a massive project like Baahubali – Superstar Rajinikanth
At the Telugu pre-release event of Darbar which took place yesterday, Superstar Rajinikanth was in all praise for Lyca Productions chairman Subaskaran for pulling off multiple biggies at the same time. Rajinikanth labeled the upcoming Mani Ratnam directorial Ponniyin Selvan as a mega budget biggie like Baahubali, which is being made on a huge scale.
The shoot for Ponniyin Selvan is now progressing in Thailand, with the lead actors Karthi, Jayam Ravi and the rest of the cast. The film will be ready for a worldwide release in the summer of 2021.
