Producer SR Prabhu has confirmed through his tweet that there is no change in the release date of the Karthi starrer Sulthan, and the film will proceed to hit the screens on the 2nd of April.
Through his tweet, he said “Many of our friends are asking whether we are releasing #Sulthan on 2nd April concerning Covid scenario. So far there is no change in that decision. We are sticking to the date! So pls Wear Mask, take proper precautions & wait to enjoy the max fun on screen#JaiSulthan”.
Sulthan is directed by Bakkiyaraj Kannan and has Rashmika playing the female lead opposite Karthi. Trailer of this summer biggie will be out 5PM today.
