Namma Veettu Pillai pulls in Rs 55 crores in TN box office
Sivakarthikeyan’s Namma Veettu Pillai has grossed a remarkable total of Rs 55 crores at the box-office until the end of the third weekend in TN. After a series of underwhelming films at the ticket window, Sivakarthikeyan has got his mojo back with a superhit project, which was bankrolled by Sun Pictures.
Directed by Pandiraj, Namma Veettu Pillai marks the director’s second consecutive big success after Karthi’s Kadaikutty Singam, which, in fact, registered more footfalls than Kaala in 2018.
