Maaveeran will be 50 times bigger than Mandela: DOP Vidhu Ayyana

In a recent interview, Maaveeran’s DOP Vidhu Ayyana have revealed some interesting details about the film. Vidhu said that the film has some huge larger-than-life sequences which have been shot with mocobot cameras, with the team incorporating 3D rigs to shoot crucial sequences. “The film was entirely shot using anamorphic lenses, one of the biggest in the market right now. Everything in the film has been shot on a grand scale, we shot through many sleepless nights and had many changes.”

Maaveeran had initially announced a worldwide release for August 11th, but the team have now advanced the date to July 14th. The film directed by Madonne Ashwin has Aditi Shankar playing the heroine.
