Acclaimed filmmaker Lokesh Kanagaraj, known for directing stars like Vijay (Master, Leo), Kamal Haasan (Vikram), and Rajinikanth (Coolie), has now set his sights on collaborating with another Tamil cinema heavyweight – Ajith Kumar.
In a recent conversation with anchor Gopinath, Lokesh revealed that he has already approached Ajith’s long-time manager, Suresh Chandra, to initiate discussions for a potential action-packed project. “I will definitely work with Ajith sir, but I don’t know when,” Lokesh said, confirming his eagerness to complete this dream collaboration.
On the work front, Ajith is gearing up for his next project with his ‘Good Bad Ugly’ director Adhik Ravichandran, expected to begin shooting in September or October. Meanwhile, Lokesh is awaiting the release of Coolie on August 14th. He will then begin work on his acting debut, directed by Arun Matheswaran, followed by the highly anticipated Kaithi 2 with Karthi.
