Lingaa to be released in 200+ screens in the USA by Classics Entertainment

Rajinikanth’s Lingaa is the hottest film in the trade right now. We earlier reported here the entire overseas rights for the film were bagged by Arun Pandian’s A & P Groups and Sanjay Wadhwa’s AP International. Now, the latest update is Classics Entertainment, one of the leading distributing Companies in USA, has been signed by Arun Pandian to release the film in over 200 locations.

Classics Entertainment, is planning to offer the best visual experience for viewers by releasing the film in screens like Big D (Imax Format for Carmike), XD( Imax format for Cinemark) , XL (Imax format for Muvico) and Dolby ATMOS. screens wherever possible. Rajinikanth’s last film Kochadaiiyaan was released in over 104 screens across the USA.

The distributors have also confirmed the release date as December 12th, 2014. Starring Rajinikanth, Sonakshi Sinha and Anushka Shetty in lead roles, Lingaa also has Sudeep, Santhanam and Jagapathi Babu in important roles.
