A dream come true for Lakshmi Menon

The dusky damsel took everyone in the tinsel town by surprise when she made a storming debut to kick-start her singing career last week. Imman has offered a launchpad for a lot of young and promising talents in his albums. But, this time he extended his find to another level by making the Kumki babe lend her voice for Priya Anand for a song in Kannan directorial Oru Oorla Rendu Raja.

A delighted Lakshmi Menon exclaims in joy, “It’s a dream come true for me. Singing has always been my passion. I’m planning to continue singing if I get good songs.” The lyrics for the song are penned by Eknaath and it’s a folk number.
